I had no issues using this découpage and the end result is stunning! I used some bubble wrap to create a honey patterns as the message says “Life is a flower where Love is the honey…”

Hi Folks.
After painting this little dresser from white to teal I still wanted it to pop a bit more. I thought the answer was decoupage! This pretty tissue from re-design was a great find!
My first attempt was not successful because there was too much colour bleed through which darkened the flowers beyond recognition. The very evening I put it on I had to scrape it off and order the paper again.
This time I painted the drawer faces white .
This worked much better.
On my first attempt I also found that I had few wrinkles but the crease folds from the packaging would not fully glue flat. So, I decided to hold the tissue over a steaming kettle which flattened the fold lines.
This was a successful way to remove the folds so from then on I could glue without problem.
I am very happy with the result!

I had no issues using this découpage and the end result is stunning! I used some bubble wrap to create a honey patterns as the message says “Life is a flower where Love is the honey…”
Im really happy with the end result and delivery was quick I had no issues. This is my first upcycled furniture.

Hi Folks.
After painting this little dresser from white to teal I still wanted it to pop a bit more. I thought the answer was decoupage! This pretty tissue from re-design was a great find!
My first attempt was not successful because there was too much colour bleed through which darkened the flowers beyond recognition. The very evening I put it on I had to scrape it off and order the paper again.
This time I painted the drawer faces white .
This worked much better.
On my first attempt I also found that I had few wrinkles but the crease folds from the packaging would not fully glue flat. So, I decided to hold the tissue over a steaming kettle which flattened the fold lines.
This was a successful way to remove the folds so from then on I could glue without problem.
I am very happy with the result!
