I've just recently been turned into Gratefully Restored and I couldn't be happier. Not only did the gentleman answer all of my many questions but also offered any additional information he thought I would need. Very patient with excellent customer service. I love the added touch of a new pen with my order and the many info packets and How To's that come along with what I order.
