Fortunately I ordered back in November before the shipping world went insane ... my products arrived very quickly, were packed well, and nothing was damaged. If you’ve had issues please understand it’s not the fault of Gratefully Restored, it is just the demand that a COVID Christmas has put on the shipping systems. Do not hesitate to order from Gratefully Restored ... once the online shopping craziness has diminished.
