    For your convenience, we offer the option for you to place your order online and pick-up your order from our Boutique's front porch.  Simply place your order online and select the "Local Pick-Up" or "Porch Pick-Up at our Boutique in St. Agatha, ON" (free) shipping option at time of checkout.  We'll prepare your items and notify you when they are ready for pick-up.  Then simply stop by the Boutique and pick-up your order.  There is no additional charge for this service.

    FREE shipping on your entire first order.  Minimum order of $75.00 before taxes applies to qualify for this promotion.  Simply use promo code "first" at time of checkout and receive FREE shipping on your entire first order. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer. Please note that orders using the FREE shipping promotion will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service regardless of the shipping service selected at checkout.  Larger orders will ship via a ground transportation company.

    Shipping

    Currently we only offer shipping services to locations within Canada (10 provinces only).

    We try to ship our consumer orders within one to two business days of being received.  Small orders will be shipped via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel), while larger orders will be shipped via a ground transport company.

    If you have questions about the status of your order, please check your account and tracking number first before contacting our customer service team.

    We make every effort to charge fair and accurate shipping costs. All orders ship under either our 4-tier flat rate system or an automatically calculated rate.  All rates will be presented at time of checkout and you choose what is best for you. Therefore, the more you order, the better the shipping cost per item.

    Here are our current flat rate shipping offerings:

    Tier 1: $0.01 to $49.99 - flat rate of $24.99
    Tier 2: $50.00 to $199.99 - flat rate of $14.99
    Tier 3: $200.00 to $499.99 - flat rate of $9.99
    Tier 4: $500.00 and above - FREE

    When checking out, our system gets quotes from a number of carriers and provides you with the lowest priced option.

    Returns

    Our policy covers 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will only be considered for orders that arrive at your location which are damaged or leaking. Select your colours carefully as we will only offer refunds for damaged goods.

    If you receive damaged good(s), please contact us at service@gratefullyrestored.ca to begin your refund process. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@gratefullyrestored.ca.

    Sale Items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges / Replacement (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@gratefullyrestored.ca. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Return Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    The products must arrive at our location undamaged in order for a credit to be issued to your account, so please pack carefully.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Please note that colours may not be exactly as shown.  Lighting, how the paint / product is applied to your piece, and the type and colour of materials that you are painting over, will all affect the way a colour appears on your project.  Preparation is key for best results.

    We encourage you to order a tester / sample size product to help you determine the best colour for your creation.  Opened product cannot be returned.

    Fusion extender

    I did not use it the first coat I painted and did the subsequent times. It made the paint much easier to fidget around with to thin it out and leave minimal to no brush strokes. Highly recommend this product to increase drying time and also increase the life of the open paint while you’re working.

    My new furniture paint!

    Recently refinished this old large, solid wood desk we found in a neighbor's garbage. I stained the legs and drawer but painted the top and sides in Mineral Fusion Ash Gray. The paint, as advertised, goes on very smoothly and a little goes a long way. But I did find that when painting the large top surface area of the desk that the paint dried very quickly leaving streaks. (This was no surprise as it was mentioned on Mineral Fusion's website as a possible issue on large surfaces). Initially I used a lint-free microfiber roller but that left lines even though I left a wet edge and put it on as quickly as I could. I then applied a second coat using a good quality, soft bristle wide brush. But that too left streaks. So I decided to use the Mineral Fusion Extender, and that worked beautifully, allowing the paint to dry more slowly eliminating streaking. So I would highly recommend using the Extender when painting a large surface area. I finished the desk with a water-based varathane because I like a satin finish to my projects.
    The combination of stain and rich Ash Gray paint and a new drawer handle gave this old desk a classy look.
    Can't wait to paint my dining chairs in Midnight Blue! Very pleased with Mineral Fusion Paint!
