    The milk paint by Fusion finish is incredibly unique and versatile - no need to worry about primers as it can be used on any porous surface, binding directly to ensure no chipping or peeling in the future.  Use the Bonding Agent when applying to previously painted surfaces to ensure the paint holds.

    Currently we only offer shipping services to locations within Canada (10 provinces only).

    We try to ship our consumer orders within one to two business days of being received.  Small orders will be shipped via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel), while larger orders will be shipped via a ground transport company.

    We make every effort to charge fair and accurate shipping costs. All orders ship under either our 4-tier flat rate system or an automatically calculated rate.  All rates will be presented at time of checkout and you choose what is best for you. Therefore, the more you order, the better the shipping cost per item.

    Returns

    Our policy covers 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will only be considered for orders that arrive at your location which are damaged or leaking. Select your colours carefully as we will only offer refunds for damaged goods.

    If you receive damaged good(s), please contact us at service@gratefullyrestored.ca to begin your refund process. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.     If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.     Exchanges / Replacement (if applicable)

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Amazing finish

    My first time using Hemp oil and I was able to use it instead of a stain , or varathane to finish the top of a sideboard/buffet . It couldn’t be easier and the end result was beautiful.

    Canoe paddle.

    I wanted to use a low impact method to finish a Canadian Ash canoe paddle. Once I had settled on hemp oil from some research I looked for a local store. With gratefully restored being just a few minutes from my home. I reached out during what turned out to be off hours. Since some one was at the store they offered porch pick up which was ready in less than an hour. The product worked amazing. The price was fair and the service was outstanding. What more could I ask for???
